How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Australia usually takes 7–14 days from dispatch.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $3.99 Australia-wide, and free on orders over $60.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after you receive it.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to New Zealand, the US, the UK and much of Europe. International delivery times are longer, and import taxes or duties may apply depending on your country.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If it's been more than 21 days since your order shipped, email us with your order number and we'll look into it.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Can I return something if I change my mind?
We don't accept change-of-mind returns, so please check product details before ordering. If you're unsure about anything, ask us first.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order ships, but not once it's in transit.
